    JB Orecchia CEO

JB brings over 22 years of experience in consumer finance and interactive marketing to the SavvyMoney team. Throughout his career, he has worked with consumers in the financial services sector and has developed an understanding of what's important to consumers as they make important financial decisions.

As one of the early executive team members at FreeCreditReport.com, JB was instrumental in building consumer awareness around the importance of consumer credit reports and scores. As EVP of Partnership Marketing he led the team responsible for online marketing and business development with partners such as Yahoo!, American Express, MSN and Quicken. JB later went on to be President of Experian MetaReward, a loyalty program and affiliate network.

Prior to his tenure at Experian, JB spent 10 years in consumer finance at Household International (now HSBC) working closely with consumers in retail lending. JB joins the team from Disney where he was Vice President of Marketing for Disney Online responsible for online marketing, CRM, research and analytics.

JB's money wise tip: Make sure you're not penny-wise and pound foolish. Focus your energy on reining in the biggest expenses first, then save money on your lunch!
