Re: Sallie Mae not linking
ZouieRusty - Are you adding Sallie Mae first time or is the re-connection failing? Is it the Dept of Education Loan?

Re: Sallie Mae not linking
ZouieRusty, is this working for you? Sallie Mae is a bit weird. They transferred a lot of their loans over to Dept of Ed when they ran into financial problems a couple of years ago and the website is HORRIBLE!. It makes it super-hard for us to retrieve the data. We think we have it fixed, but if you can tell us if you're having problems and we'll continue to work on a fix.
Thanks for the feedback. We count on users like you raising these issues so we can address issues, so pls never feel like you're complaining. You're actually helping us quite a bit.Scott started SavvyMoney because he passionately believes that life is better without debt. Yes, I am adding Sallie Mae for the first time. I tried it again tonight, but still no luck. Yes, it is the Dept of Education loan. I actually posted this reply a day or so ago; not sure what happened to it.

Re: Sallie Mae not linking
cannot get Sallie Mae account to link up. Had to enter manually and had to round up my interest rate. Actual rate = 5.875%, had to change to 5.88% to get your system to take.
I'm a new user and pretty frustrated with your upload program. It's taken a ridiculously long amount of time to add in 4 accounts.....

Re: Sallie Mae not linking
ZouieRusty - Sallie Mae has 3 different sites - Credit Cards, Loans and Dept of Ed Loans. We support Credit Cards and Dept of Ed loans. If you're trying to add a Sallie Mae loan, go ahead and add them manually.
We're making improvements to the account add process so that you will automatically know whether the Financial Institution can be added at all or not soon.Bhawna is a Debt Expert and is inspired by so many determined to becoming debt-free.

Re: Sallie Mae not linking
Ok. I think you guys are doing a great job. You've added and changed a lot of things just since I started a few months ago. The site is definitely getting better! Thanks for all your help!
