I am finally ready to start a emergency fund. Paying down my debt and starting an emergency fund at the same time is difficult but I am determined to do it. I have been working on a budget for over a year and am always tweeking it along the way. I think I am just about where I want to be but I am sure I will be tweeking more as my situation changes.
