My Success Track
I received a phone call from this place offering the service to help assist get credit card interest lowered.
Actually this is the second time .....I can say that I paid for the service. I actually think I may be able to get credit for the last time. I still need to send in my information to receive help in lowering my interest rates.
I have been a member here for quite some time as well. The website is www.mysuccesstrack.com
It is a consumer credit group. Do you have any information or knowledge of this group? Or does anyone else on here have any experience with them. There was a fee to join. Also as far as consumer credit places which ones are the better ones. I really need to get the interest down. I do very well for awhile and then I have a some difficulties. I'm trying to get a handle on this and would like to turn this over to my husband to help me.....then I feel I could pick up a part time job or do something to earn extra money rather than spin my wheels or dig my hole deeper. This site is wonderful and does work. I just need more guidance.

I don't entirely understand your question. Sounds like you may be speaking about 2 different things.
First, if someone called offering to help you get your rates lowered. I don't know of anyone who does that, but it doesn't mean there couldn't be legitimate services out there. We've looked at offering that type of service in the past. But ultimately I think the they're not going to be able to do anything for you that you can't do for yourself. It is possible to negotiate lower rates on your own just by calling your lenders and asking / threatening to switch to a different lender.
As for MST, I don't know anything about them. I've seen a lot of discount shopping clubs that don't add a lot of value and some that do. It's hard to really know. I saw that they have a section on credit cards, interest, negotiations, etc. I'm sure they offer decent advice.
Having your husband involved would be a great benefit on many fronts. It's much easier to make progress if you're working together as a team.
I hope this helps a bit. I'm not sure I really answered your question, though. LMK if I can help more.
Scott
